This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its great value for money. Located on Gran Via, it's in the perfect spot for exploring everything this vibrant city has to offer. With two metro lines within a short walk, getting around was a breeze. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-maintained and came with basic amenities, including a computer to browse the hotel's website for the best rates. I especially loved the spacious bathroom with a luxurious double bed and a reaaaallly long tub. Plus, breakfast was served with a variety of options to start the day right.
All was perfectly fine, no complaints.

Our room at Espahotel Gran Via was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette that allowed us to cook our own meals. The location was excellent, with easy access to halal restaurants, supermarkets, and department stores. The three elevators to the rooms were convenient. The hotel had good coffee and nice juices. The personnel at reception were friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our baggage behind for later pickup. we had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

They don't have wifi... If you want to use their computers for having internet access, it is very expensive

I loved staying in this hotel because of its fantastic location just a few steps away from the major tourist spots in the city center. The transportation in this area is convenient, with several metro stops nearby, including the Plaza Espana station just 200 meters away. Moreover, the room was spacious enough and provided excellent hotel facilities, including a kitchenette, which was perfect for me while traveling with my baby. Also, the staff was great and friendly, ready to help at any time. I must mention that this hotel offers excellent value for money that added to my comfortable stay.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel or the city.

Great location close to metro and tourist spots. Room was clean and had a kitchen cupboard which was useful. Complimentary toiletries were offered.
The room was quite small and there was no variety in breakfast.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The value for money is outstanding, with excellent prices and attention to detail in every aspect. The location along Gran Via is unbeatable, putting you within a short walking distance to two different metro lines and all the attractions of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The rooms, with their comfortable double bed and well-equipped kitchen, couldn't be more convenient. The central air conditioner kept us cool even during the hottest days, and the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.
No major issues - all was perfect!

Reasonable price, great location at Gran Via, big and confortable rooms, bathtube, cheap breakfast (e 3,50 for milk, toast and orange juice), friendly staff (helped us with the flamenco reservation). Nothing to complaint!
We stayed at the 9º floor (the last), in a triple room. As it was high, there was no noise from the street, but in the end of the summer afternoon, it was a little bit warm in there... But after the a/c in the max solved the problem.
